Eurae — Terms of Use  Conditions of Sale

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ: These Terms of Use & Conditions of Sale (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of eurae.com and related services (the “Website”) operated by Eurae (“Eurae,” “we,” “us,” orour”).

These Terms include disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, and a binding arbitration provision with a class action waiver. Please print or save a copy for your records.

By accessing, using, or purchasing from the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes here. Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

1:  Website Use  Eligibility

By using this Website, you represent and warrant that: You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state of residence).You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You will only use the Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Website is intended for customers located in the United States. If you access the Website from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

See our Privacy Policy (linked in the footer). It explains how we collect, use, and share information. It is incorporated into these Terms.

3: Ownership And License

All content on the Website is owned by or licensed to Eurae and protected by law. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. No copying, distribution, or derivative works without our written consent.

 4:  Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website (e.g., hacking, scraping, infringing IP, spreading malware, or violating laws).

5:  Products for Personal Use Only

Products are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or modified without our approval. Unauthorized resale voids guarantees.

6:  No Medical Advice; FDA Disclosure

Content is for informational purposes only and not medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before using any supplement. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary.

7: Pricing  & Product Info

Prices are in U.S. Dollars and may change. Errors may occur in descriptions, pricing, or availability; we may correct or cancel orders accordingly.

8:  Payments

By submitting payment, you confirm authorization to use that method. You authorize us and third-party processors (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, PayPal) to charge your card. We may use card updater services from issuers. You’re responsible for any bank fees.

9:  Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject orders, limit quantities, or request more info before shipping. If we cancel, we’ll refund you to your original payment method.

10. Subscriptions Every 4, 8, or 12 Weeks

10.1 Overview

When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges every 4, 8, or 12 weeks (your chosen “Renewal Interval”) until you cancel.

  • Your electronic order confirmation, or any other form of confirmation, does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, and we may require additional information before processing an order. If we deny your order after payment, you will be refunded to your original form of payment.
  • At checkout, we display the recurring price, interval, and cancel instructions. You’ll receive an order confirmation and, for applicable intervals, a renewal reminder before each charge.

10.2 Automatic Billing Authorization

  • IF YOU ARE ENROLLED IN A EURAE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN AND HAVE PROVIDED A VALID CREDIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD, EACH PAYMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF EACH SHIPMENT OR INSTALLMENT AND WILL BE BILLED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD YOU PROVIDED AT ENROLLMENT, UNTIL YOU CANCEL.
  • We may also use an account updater service to automatically update your credit card information if it changes, in which case your renewal will be billed to the updated account information.

10.3 Manage or Cancel Anytime

Manage your subscription in your account or by emailing cs@eurae.com. You may change frequency (4/8/12 weeks), skip, update info, or cancel anytime. To avoid your next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

10.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you authorize us to retry and to contact you for updated details.

11. Our 100% Guarantee

We believe strongly in the value of Eurae and want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription order. That’s why we offer a 100% Guarantee on your first subscription order.

If you don’t absolutely love it for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund for one (1) opened bottle of Eurae from your first subscription order only. If you order and open multiple bottles in that first order, only one (1) opened bottle is eligible for a refund. No questions asked.

A few important details:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to request a refund. No exceptions.
  • The Love-It Guarantee applies only to your first subscription order and does not apply to one-time purchases or to subsequent subscription renewals.
  • To request your refund, follow the return process outlined in Section 10.3 above.
  • We may also use an account updater service to automatically update your credit card information if it changes, in which case your renewal will be billed to the updated account information.

12:  Shipping, Risk of Loss, Delivery, Shipping Protection

We ship within the U.S. Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier accepts the package. Carrier “delivered” scans are proof of delivery. Didn’t receive it? Contact cs@eurae.com within 7 days. First-time customers may be eligible for a one-time replacement.

Eurae offers an optional Shipping Protection add-on for $1 per order.

By purchasing Shipping Protection, you receive the following benefits:

Coverage: If your package is lost in transit (carrier never marks as delivered) or arrives damaged, we will replace your order at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Claim Window: You must notify us at cs@eurae.com within 7 days of the carrier’s last scan or delivery date.

Proof Required: For damaged items, you may be asked to provide photos of the package and product.

Exclusions & Limits:Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not covered (e.g., theft after delivery or incorrect address entry).

Claim Limit: Shipping Protection covers up to two (2) approved claims per customer, account, or address in any rolling 12-month period.

Abuse Protection: Eurae reserves the right to investigate, limit, or deny Shipping Protection coverage if claims appear excessive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith.

Shipping Protection is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Claims made after the 7-day window may be denied.No Duplication of Coverage: Shipping Protection does not extend or replace our 30-Day First Order Guarantee or standard refund rights — it applies only to lost-in-transit or damaged-in-transit claims.

13:  Money-Back Guarantee (First Order Only)

If you’re not satisfied with your first order, email cs@eurae.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We may request the remainder be returned; we’ll provide a prepaid label if needed. Refunds usually post in 5–10 business days.

14: Returns (Non-First Orders)

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days. Contact cs@eurae.com for instructions. Original shipping is non-refundable.

15:  Reviews & User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant Eurae a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use them in any media. You may request we stop future use by emailing cs@eurae.com.

16:  DMCA / Intellectual Property

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send notice with all required elements under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to:

17:  Electronic Communications & SMS

By providing email or phone and opting in, you agree to receive emails and/or texts. Message & data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

19:  Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and Website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

20:  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, goodwill, etc.).
  • If liable, our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
  • Nothing limits liability for bodily injury caused by our negligence or where prohibited by law.

21: Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Eurae harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law/rights.

22:  Dispute Resolution — Arbitration & Class Waiver

  • Arbitration: Except for small claims court or injunctive relief (e.g., IP issues), disputes are resolved by binding       arbitration under the AAA Consumer Rules and the Federal Arbitration Act.
  • No Class Actions: You agree to bring claims individually only. No class or representative actions.
  • Venue/Format: Hearings will be in Delaware / Newcastle County, or by phone/video where AAA rules allow.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing cs@eurae.com.

23:  Miscellaneous

  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign in connection with a merger or sale.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
  • Severability: If any part is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms + linked policies (Privacy, Shipping & Returns, Subscriptions) are the full agreement.
