By using this Website, you represent and warrant that: You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state of residence).You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You will only use the Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Website is intended for customers located in the United States. If you access the Website from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Ownership And License
All content on the Website is owned by or licensed to Eurae and protected by law. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. No copying, distribution, or derivative works without our written consent.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Website (e.g., hacking, scraping, infringing IP, spreading malware, or violating laws).
5. Products for Personal Use Only
Products are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or modified without our approval. Unauthorized resale voids guarantees.
6. No Medical Advice; FDA Disclosure

7. Pricing & Product Info

8. Payments
By submitting payment, you confirm authorization to use that method. You authorize us and third-party processors (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, PayPal) to charge your card. We may use card updater services from issuers. You’re responsible for any bank fees.
9. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject orders, limit quantities, or request more info before shipping. If we cancel, we’ll refund you to your original payment method.
10. Subscriptions
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial trial order. If our product isn't for you, return the unopened portion within 30 days for a refund, less a $5.00 processing fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Subscription Renewals
By signing up for a subscription, you are opting into a recurring billing cycle. Because subscriptions are offered at a significant discount, all orders following your initial order are considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for recurring subscription shipments.
Due to a recent increase in subscription fraud, all subscriptions require a minimum of two (2) orders before cancellation is permitted.
After the second order has been processed, you may cancel at any time through your customer portal or by contacting support prior to your next billing date.
How to Cancel
As a courtesy, we send an automated notification email three (3) days before your next order is scheduled to process. This alert is sent to the email address on file and serves as your window to make any changes. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, all cancellations or skips must be processed via the portal before your billing date. Once an order has been processed by our system, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center to ensure rapid delivery. At this stage, the order is considered Final Sale and cannot be canceled, intercepted, or refunded.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, you authorize us to retry and to contact you for updated details.
11. Shipping, Risk of Loss, Delivery
Carrier “delivered” scans are proof of delivery. Didn’t receive it? Contact cs@eurae.com within 7 days. First-time customers may be eligible for a one-time replacement.
Coverage: If your package is lost in transit (carrier never marks as delivered) or arrives damaged, we will replace your order at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Claim Window: You must notify us at cs@eurae.com within 7 days of the carrier’s last scan or delivery date.
Proof Required: For damaged items, you may be asked to provide photos of the package and product.
Exclusions & Limits:Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not covered (e.g., theft after delivery or incorrect address entry).
12. Money-Back Guarantee (First Order Only)
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial trial order. If our product isn't for you, return the unopened portion within 30 days for a refund, less a $5.00 processing fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

13. Reviews & User Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant Eurae a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use them in any media. You may request we stop future use by emailing cs@eurae.com.
14. DMCA / Intellectual Property
If you believe content infringes your copyright, send notice with all required elements under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to:

15. Electronic Communications & SMS

17. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products and Website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, goodwill, etc.).
- If liable, our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
- Nothing limits liability for bodily injury caused by our negligence or where prohibited by law.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Eurae harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law/rights.
20. Dispute Resolution — Arbitration & Class Waiver
- Arbitration: Except for small claims court or injunctive relief (e.g., IP issues), disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Rules and the Federal Arbitration Act.
- No Class Actions: You agree to bring claims individually only. No class or representative actions.
- Venue/Format: Hearings will be in Delaware / Newcastle County, or by phone/video where AAA rules allow.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing cs@eurae.com.
21. Miscellaneous
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign in connection with a merger or sale.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
- Severability: If any part is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms + linked policies (Privacy, Shipping & Returns, Subscriptions) are the full agreement.
