Refund And Return Policy 

We want you to feel confident trying Eurae. That’s why we offer a 30-day refund window on your first order. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund.

This guarantee applies only to your first purchase with us.

The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you’ve placed with Eurae.

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. 

You will receive a full refund for the value of your Eurae, less $5 to help cover warehousing and processing costs.

Please note that any initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Non Returnable Items

Some items aren’t eligible for return, including opened or used consumable products. If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, reach out to us before submitting a request at cs@eurae.com

Subscriptions

Submitting a refund or return request does not automatically cancel your subscription.

If you no longer wish to continue, your subscription must be managed separately through your account in the portal on our website under
"Manage Subscriptions"

Cancellations

We do not cancel orders after they have been placed.

Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions for customers.
