1. First Order — 30 Day Risk Free Guarantee
Your first order with Eurae is 100% risk-free.
- If you don’t love it for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, whether the bottle is opened or unopened.

2. Returns on Other Orders
For all non-first orders:
- Products must be unopened and sealed to qualify.
- You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Email cs@eurae.com to request a prepaid return label.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items:
- Contact us immediately at cs@eurae.com.
- We’ll send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
- Examples include broken seals, leaking, or visibly damaged packaging.
4. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you may choose either a refund or a reshipment at no extra charge.
- If you refuse delivery for reasons other than visible shipping damage, we can refund the product once it arrives back at our warehouse.
- Please note: refused packages can sometimes be lost in transit. For the fastest and safest service, we recommend accepting the package and emailing us for a prepaid return label instead.
5. How to Request a Refund or Return
It’s easy to start:

- We’ll email you a prepaid return label within 24–48 hours.
- Place the product in secure packaging, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier.
- Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.
6. Additional Notes
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method used.
- Duplicate orders placed by mistake are the responsibility of the customer, so please double-check before confirming your order.
